Start with the building type.
Every project begins with a drawing review and a clear starting point. Choose the type closest to your project and upload what you have — we will take it from there.

Office & commercial
Office envelope
Commercial envelopes are complex, occupied, and visible. The more you can share early, the more useful our first response will be.

Private villa
Villa envelope
A villa is a one-off building with a one-off envelope. We use the same engineering discipline as our commercial work, scaled to the way you want to live.

Mountain estate
Mountain envelope
Mountain envelopes are unforgiving. We design for the design temperature, the snow load, and the delivery window — not just the rendering.

Residential
Residential envelope
Residential work is personal. We keep the process clear, the site clean, and the family living at home whenever the scope allows.
Not sure which type fits? Contact the studio and we will point you in the right direction. Planning fees are credited toward a signed design-build agreement.
Before you start
Have these handy — or send what you have.
Useful, not required: floor plans, elevations, a roof plan, structural drawings, a site survey, or a set of architectural drawings. A phone photo of a sketch is better than nothing.
If you are early in the process, tell us the location, the building type, and what you are trying to achieve. We can help define the scope from there.
What we will ask: What is the building used for? What is the roof or facade doing now? What is the budget range and timeline? Are there constraints we should know about?
