Design-build · Glass + solar
The envelope is the building.
Lenny Joshua Corporation is a Colorado-based design-build practice specializing in glass curtain walls and solar roofs. We work with architects, owners, and contractors who want one accountable team for the building skin.
Our team combines facade engineering, solar design, and field installation. That combination is unusual — and it is the reason our details work.
Why we exist
Because the facade and the roof should not be strangers.
We built one practice for the part of the building that meets the sky.
Most projects separate the facade from the roof. The architect details one, a glazing contractor installs the other, and a solar company arrives later to penetrate both. The result is a series of seams — technical, contractual, and sometimes literal.
We started Lenny Joshua Corporation to close that gap. Our engineers model glazing, shading, roof assembly, and PV together. Our field teams install what we detail. When something needs to be fixed, there is one number to call.
We are not the biggest envelope contractor, and we do not try to be. We take on projects where the envelope matters — where daylight, energy, weather, and craft are part of the brief.
That work ranges from a 12-story office repositioning to a family ranch house in Boulder. The scale changes. The standard does not.
What we believe
Three things we don’t compromise.
They sound simple. They are not. They are the reasons our details hold up.
One detail, two systems.
The roof-to-facade transition is designed once, by the team that installs both. Fewer penetrations, clearer responsibility, and a waterline that actually works.
Engineer before we sell.
We would rather tell you a detail will not work before the deposit than discover it on site. Every proposal starts with a drawing review, not a sales target.
Install like we own it.
Our field leadership is involved from mockup to closeout. We water-test, document, and come back. A warranty is only as good as the people behind it.

Where we work
Based in Colorado. Working nationwide.
Our home market is the Mountain West and Southwest, where sun, snow, and temperature swings test every envelope. We also work with architects and owners in California, Texas, the Pacific Northwest, and the Northeast.
For projects outside Colorado, we assemble the right local engineering and installation partners and keep design and field leadership in-house.
If you are not sure whether your project is a fit, send us the address and a few drawings. We will tell you honestly.

Bring us the hard part.
The complicated facade. The roof that has to do three things. The detail everyone else wants to avoid. That is the work we like.
