What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect the contact details you provide (name, email, phone, company), project information (location, building type, timeline, budget, notes), and any drawings or files you upload. When you browse the site, our hosting provider may record standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate the project, prepare a scope or proposal, and communicate with you about the work. We may also use it to improve the site and to meet legal, insurance, or accounting obligations.
Drawings and files
Uploaded files are stored on our server and used only to evaluate your project. Access is limited to the Lenny Joshua team and, where necessary, engineers or consultants working on your inquiry. We do not sell or publish your drawings. If you would like files deleted after an inquiry closes, email support@lennyjoshua.com.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the site, store files, or communicate with you, and with professional advisors or authorities where required by law. Those providers are expected to protect the information and use it only for the service they provide.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not use third-party tracking pixels. Fonts are self-hosted. The contact page uses a locally drawn map illustration and does not embed a third-party map. The “Open in Google Maps” link takes you to Google only when you choose it.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond, deliver a project, and meet legal or insurance requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed for the project.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided, or to stop contacting you. Email support@lennyjoshua.com or call +1 (303) 475-1368. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
