Daylight,
engineered.
Energy, built in.
High-performance glass curtain walls and solar roofs — designed, engineered, and installed by one accountable team.
The practice
Commercial and residential envelopes, delivered by one team from first sketch to final commissioning.
We treat the building envelope as one system — not two trades.
Glass and solar are usually designed in separate rooms, bought from separate suppliers, and warranted separately. The result is predictable: a beautiful facade with a compromised roof, or a high-performing array with no architectural logic.
Lenny Joshua Corporation brings facade engineering, solar design, and installation under one roof. We model the envelope as a whole, detail the transitions once, and stand behind the result.
How we workFrom a 12-story office reclad in Denver to a net-zero villa in Paradise Valley, our work is measured in daylight, comfort, and kilowatt-hours — not just square footage.
We are based in Aurora, Colorado, and work with architects, owners, and general contractors across the United States.
What we do
Two systems. One detail.
We design and install the parts of the building that meet the sky — and we make them perform as a single assembly.
Glass curtain walls
Unitized and stick-built facades that trade weight for light. Engineered for wind, water, thermal movement, and the way people actually use a room.

Integrated solar roofs
Roof-integrated PV, flush arrays, and solar canopies detailed to disappear into the architecture — then produce for decades with monitoring and service behind them.

Integrated delivery
One model, one sequence, one warranty. We take the facade and the roof from feasibility through commissioning, with the same team on both sides of the detail.

Integrated by design
One envelope. One team. One warranty.
When the facade and the roof are designed together, the details get simpler: fewer penetrations, fewer trades, fewer finger-pointing conversations when something leaks.
One thermal model
Glazing, shading, insulation, and PV are evaluated in the same energy model — so solar gain and solar production are designed against each other, not in isolation.
One waterline
The roof-to-facade transition is detailed by the same team that installs it. No ambiguous scope, no missed flashing.
One number to call
Commissioning, monitoring, and warranty service are handled by the people who built the envelope.

How it works
From drawing to commissioning.
A clear, four-stage process. You always know what we need, what we are producing, and what it costs.
01
Drawing review
Share plans, elevations, and any engineering drawings. We return a written read on feasibility, risk, and the questions that matter.
02
Feasibility & budget
A planning-level scope and budget range, with solar yield, glazing performance, and a critical-path schedule.
03
Design & engineering
Stamped drawings, specifications, mockups, and a procurement plan. One model coordinates glass, structure, and PV.
04
Build & commission
Installation, water testing, monitoring, and a single closeout package. We stay on the account after turnover.
They took one envelope from concept to commissioning — and when the roof leaked at a penetration, the same team came back and fixed it.
